Location of Kollárova 14 in Prague is unique. The district of Karlín is situated just three kilometres east of the historic centre of Prague, on the southern bank of the river. The nearness to the city centre is particularly important because of the range of cultural and sports events that are on offer here. One of the district’s major advantages is that, while it is close to the centre, it is also just around the corner from the D1 motorway. Public transport services are also excellent, Krizikova metro station is just 200 metres away from Kollárova 14, providing a direct connection to the city centre on Line B. This service is complemented by the tram routes which run along Sokolovská Street to the centre and other parts of Prague.
